Ride2Help - Summer Edition @ Brasov

 Custom Events presents "Ride2Help – Summer Edition" event as further edition of the winter one from March 2012. "Summer Edition" is going to be a contest for skateboard/bike freestyle and also Streetball games and Grafitti demos."Ride2Help" charitable event joins the motto: "Ride with style & Help with care". This initiative of Custom Events promotes sports among young people, educating and encouraging, especially youth to participate in charity. The contest will take place on the 21st of July 2012 at Hidromecanica Skatepark within Civic Center, Brasov and will have 4 section: Skate, Bike (BMX & MTB), Grafitti and Streetball. Schedule: • 10am - 11am- Registration • 11am - 12pm - Warmup • 12pm - 2pm - Skate qualifiers • 2pm - 4pm – Bike qualifiers • 4pm - 5pm – Skate finals • 5pm - 6pm – Bike finals Streetball and Graffiti contests will take place between 10:00 and 18:00. The schedule of the teams will be announced on the day of the event. Contest registration: For Graffiti section the sketches will have the theme "Ride2Help" and must be sent until 15th of July. 6 persons / crews will be picked up and the prize worths 150 EUR in products. For Streetball section the registration will be online, specifying the name of the team and the players. The teams will have 4 persons (3 players + 1 substituion) . The prize worths 150 EUR in products. All the information will be emailed to [email protected]. The contest will be followed by an after-party in the evening at Cafe Trippin (Strada De Mijloc numbere 9A) starting at 10pm and also then it will take place the award ceremony of the competitors. Entry to the after-party is 10 RON. The purpose of this event is to help a member of the extreme community in Brasov.
